Mindful, controlled movement that helps you reconnect with your body. We focus on body awareness, gradual strength building, and intentional movement — no high-intensity workouts. Build confidence through connection, not exhaustion.

Hybrid
Breathwork and Pilates combined in one session. Regulate your nervous system, and move with intention. Most people start with Breathwork or Pilates, then try hybrid once they're ready for the full experience.
