CERTIFIED BREATHWORK PRACTITIONER, (SOON TO BE) PILATES INSTRUCTOR,
& EDUCATOR

After years of being at war with my own mind and body, my health was suffering, I was burnt-out, and traditional health and wellness approaches weren't cutting it. Sound familiar?

What started as a desperate search for solutions became a deep dive into the science of the mind-body connection. Through breathwork, somatic movement practices and a curiosity for more, I finally found what worked for me—and it wasn't complicated wellness routines or quick fixes.

Unearth Remedy was born from this journey. Now I help others who, like me, are tired of disconnection and ready to reclaim their wellbeing with practical, science-backed approaches that fit into real life.

      Yes we are on a mission to support as many humans as we can, but we also know that we aren’t for everyone, and that is absolutely ok with us! We will never pressure you to stay if we are not a good fit!
