We work with individuals, sports teams, gyms, and allied health centres across Perth. Every session, every program, every interaction is built around one thing — real outcomes for real people.

Thea’s Story

I didn't find breathwork at a wellness retreat. I found it at rock bottom — burnt out from a toxic corporate job, dealing with compartment syndrome in both calves, running on empty, and so disconnected and numb that I would often go from A to B without any memory of how I got there.

I tried everything. Sport rehab fixed my legs but left everything underneath untouched. Talk therapy helped me understand my patterns but couldn't shift them. Then a friend gave me a ticket to a breathwork session. I went with nothing to lose — and felt things physically, mentally and emotionally for the first time in years.

Five years and hundreds of personal sessions later, I built Unearth Remedy for everyone who recognises that story. My 12-month, 400+ hour in-person conscious connected breathwork and facilitated breath re-patterning certification, nine years of personal practice, and APPI Pilates qualification aren't credentials listed for status — they exist because this work requires them.
